Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Novintel platform. Last updated: 9 April 2026.
About the platform
Novintel provides a SaaS revenue protection platform designed for private healthcare clinics in the United Kingdom. The platform includes a booking widget, an admin dashboard, Stripe payment processing for no-show and cancellation fees (as configured by the clinic), and an optional Google Calendar sync to help manage appointment availability.
Eligibility
The Novintel platform is intended for use by UK private healthcare clinics and their authorised staff. By using the platform, you represent that you have authority to bind your clinic to these Terms.
What the platform does
- Booking widget: enables patients to request or book appointments based on clinic-defined rules and availability.
- Admin dashboard: allows clinics to manage settings, availability, booking rules, and operational workflows.
- Stripe payments: supports taking payments for subscriptions and, where configured, charging no-show/cancellation fees via Stripe.
- Google Calendar sync (optional): syncs appointment availability to help reduce conflicts and improve scheduling.
Subscription and pricing
Access to the platform may require a paid subscription. Pricing, included features, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes will be presented during sign-up or in a written order form. We may update pricing from time to time; any changes will apply prospectively and we will provide notice where required.
Cancellation and refunds
Clinics may cancel their subscription in accordance with the plan terms presented at purchase or in an order form. Unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing, subscription fees are non-refundable and the service will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds (if any) are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes (without limitation):
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfering with or disrupting the platform, including by introducing malware.
- Using the platform in a manner that breaches applicable law or regulatory requirements.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code except where permitted by law.
- Using the platform to send unlawful, misleading, or harmful communications.
Stripe payment terms
Stripe is used to process payments. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe’s terms and policies. Clinics are responsible for configuring payment settings, fee rules, and any patient-facing disclosures required for no-show/cancellation fees.
Google Calendar integration terms
If your clinic enables Google Calendar integration, you authorise Novintel to access Google Calendar data solely to sync appointment availability. You can disable the integration at any time and revoke access via myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Our use of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See Google API Services User Data Policy.
Intellectual property
We (and our licensors) retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including software, branding, designs, and documentation. Clinics retain rights to their own data.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novintel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
